Aga’s philosophy is simple: stay active so you can be stronger, confident and more energetic in everything you do.
An active wife and mother of two girls, Aga is extremely passionate about fitness and its ability to empower one to accomplish more than fitness goals. Her commitment to this lifestyle made her leave a decade long career in public relations to become a student and ambassador of better fitness practices. Aga is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, always looking to learn and currently loving pilates. When she’s not leading Strength & Conditioning classes, you can find her playing beach volleyball or working out at the playground.
