Good morning SOTGC readers. Here is our first interview with Holly Green who is the President and Managing Director of The Human Factor. She has a Master of Science in Organizational Development and post graduate work in neurophysiology. Along with being a professor at both SDSU and Webster University, Holly has been the President at The Ken Blanchard Company and later on, the President of LumMed which is a biotech firm.
She has been featured in numerous TV and radio shows from NPR, ABC, Fox News, and NBC and is a regular contributor to Forbes. On top of all that, Holly is the author of “More Than A Minute: How To Be An Effective Leader and Manager In Today’s Changing World.”
