We are so excited to introduce the SOTGC readers to Nadav Wilf. When I first met Nadav, I was blown away by not only how much he had achieved while so young, but also his lack of pretension about it and his successful lifestyle. Nadav serves as the Co-founder and President of DiscoverSD.com, an online lifestyle guide based in San Diego, CA. He built and sold 2 companies before the age of 30. MatrixMT.com, a search marketing firm of which Nadav was the CEO and co-founder, sold to Geary Interactive. In April 2011,DiscoverSD.com was acquired by Platinum Equity, owner of SignOnSanDiego.com and the San Diego Union-Tribune, one of the nation’s top newspapers. Nadav graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Psychology.
Despite his immense success, I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that Nadav is a genuinely nice person with a strong sense of integrity – it is no wonder success came to him so soon! I later learned he would do anything to help anyone out and that sort of humility and compassion is extremely rare to find in the fast lane. It is a privilege to know him. Here are his answers to our questionnaire.

One piece of advice to young women in the workplace
Own your creativity because it is a strength, never a weakness. Be kind and forgiving to those less understanding and aware than yourself. Patience helps us grow as women and gives us elegance. Know yourself and your worth. Be Present and afford yourself the kindness you show others. As women, we need each other to inspire and build each other up so lets stop tearing each other down, preying on the insecurities in each other and make a difference together. Sorry, I had more than one!
