She spent a decade as a correspondent for various outlets and networks. Most recently, she appeared near daily on the Today show, working from the Los Angeles bureau. She contributed to NBC Nightly News, MSNBC, NBCNews.com and NBCLatino.com. Highlights of her reports include hurricanes and wildfires, the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster in Japan, and the election of President Obama. It wasn’t all disaster and politics, however. Her all time favorite experiences were reporting live on the Chilean miner rescue and watching from a rooftop across from Westminster Abbey as Kate Middleton became a princess. See her work here.
Passionate about women’s personal power, Diana also teaches Muay Thai kickboxing and enjoys mentoring. An animal lover, she published her first kids book, Sal Finds a Forever Home, based on her kitty Sal waiting in the shelter for a loving home. 10% of the profits support animal rescue groups.
