Her current work on gratitude is My Year of Gratitude, A Daily Gratitude Project, where she is blogging daily and sharing her gratitude tips. She is also the founder of the 30 Day Whole Body Detox Program, a healthy, whole food detox that nourishes your body at the cellular level. The program is currently in its’ 5th edition and has successfully helped over a thousand clients to change their lifestyle habits and get rid of carb cravings.
Julie loves to mentor and develop leaders through her mentorship program and partnership with USANA Health Sciences. She has been partnered with USANA for over a decade and is considered one of the top leaders in Canada. Julie has spoken and lead trainings on an international stage with USANA.
A former triathlete, Julie has completed 3 full Ironman Distance triathlons. She likes to say that it was BC or Before Child, since she is no longer an active athlete. Julie currently lives in Ontario, Canada with her 5 year old daughter and husband Dan.
