I had a variety of ideas for this post, but with the holidays upon us and January around the corner I just had to slip in some ideas for fitness gifts. Here are my suggestions for:

What I love about bodyweight exercises is that you can do them anywhere. The biggest challenge with that is targeting your back muscles.
