Hello SOTGC community,
Did you know?
- A 45-minute massage decreases stress hormones and boosts the immune system
- Acupuncture is effective for migraine, neck disorder, tension headache, and osteoarthritis pain
- Mineral baths and mud packs alleviate pain
Today is the day to take care of YOU.
Oh, and if he is good, bring him along. Sixty-four percent of men say they visit spas to reduce stress.
After your day at the spa, take a moment to notice how you have relaxed, how you have de-stressed. The stress will always be there, but you must take the time to manage it. I suggest a proper way to manage it is with some wellness (doctor’s orders). Please share with me what you did to relieve your stress. Which treatment did you get? Did you make a day of it or squeeze it in between meetings? Did you go alone or bring a friend?
Next time I want to discuss the growing trend of wellness travel. I hope your day at the spa will inspire you for more!
