Hello SOTGC community,
Wow! I’m still reeling from the success and excitement of the SOTGC Society. Ladies of all ages, vocations, and from corproate and entrepreneur background came out in their evening gowns and cocktail dresses. The venue at the University Club Atop Symphony Towers was the perfect setting to launch the new era of female networking that realizes that collaboration is the NEW competition.
From over 100 women (and a smattering of men who came out to support us), the feedback was positive and consistent. The attendees had come out to celebrate, to meet new friends and business partners, and they got that and more.
Thank you again to our two fabulous guest speakers Felena Hanson and Candace Donahoe for inspiring others every day and for igniting passion and inspiration in all of us that night.
The turnout and excitement reinforces my personal vision for what the Society will become.
I started this Society to pay homage to all the women who paved the way before us to make this possible. It’s also in support of the women out there who are striving everyday to “have it all” – whatever that may be in their individual lives, in that moment. And most importantly it’s a promise – a promise to our daughters, to our nieces, and our granddaughters that we will continue to pave the way towards their future success.
We look forward to seeing you all again at an upcoming events and here are the topics and dates:
