Hello SOTGC community,
Have you ever thought how it would feel to live your life fearlessly, instead of full of fear like so many people do? To kick off the self-induced shackles that keep so many of you prisoner in a life of contentment, mixed with a deep longing for more … if only it wasn’t for the fear.
You then look for evidence after evidence to prove the fear … creating a whole story around the fear … keeping you further immobilized in fear.

The good news here … is that fear is just a feeling you’re having based on your thinking and the stories you tell yourself. You can remove the fear by just changing your thoughts.
Here are five tips to living fearlessly.
1. What are You Thinking?
Whenever you’re feeling fear, grab your journal, and write down the thought you’re having that’s creating the fear.
2. Are They True?
So often I hear story after story of why someone didn’t or couldn’t follow through on a goal with all kinds of evidence to support the story. But when we look further into the story, we soon find out that it was a fear of some kind – failure, success, what people will think, etc., that stopped them from taking action.
3. Feel the Fear!
As humans, we spend our whole life avoiding feelings. It’s normal to fear a little fear in our bodies when we’re about to try something new for the first time, but the fear should never stop us from trying. Feel the emotion in your body and let it pass. Do some deep breathing exercises or tapping if the sensation in your body is really intense.
4. You Are Pretty Awesome!
Instead of thinking thoughts that create fear, choose to change your thoughts to all the ways you’re going to be awesome at what you’re about to try.
5. Always Remember …
- The only failure is in never trying because you actually DO fail without trying. Eye opening … right?
- What other people think you … is none of your business. You’re are here to do your thing.
