Who is Abigail Keeso, RN, BScN?
I’m a Registered Nurse and a firm believer in holistic health. After spending years struggling with my own weight, self esteem, and health, I’m finally in the happiest place – all because I learned how to eat clean. I stopped dieting, stopped depriving myself of the things I loved, stopped being miserable, and I learned how to create nutrient-dense meals that actually taste good. Now I’m sharing what I’ve learned with the world. Through my e-books, meal plans, and recipes, I’ve helped hundreds of people learn how to take control of their health and what they are putting into their body through eating clean.
What inspired you to write That Clean Life?
I used to think that in order to lose weight, I needed to starve myself and eat salad for every meal. But that is so not true. I’m on a mission to prove to the world that you don’t have to diet, deprive yourself, and be miserable to lose weight and be healthy. You just have to work with the right recipes.
