Today I get the pleasure of introducing you to our newest contributor who will be writing about how to reduce performance anxiety at work. Julie Barnes is an expert in performance anxiety issues and the founder of Julie Barnes Live which uses the latest in cutting edge neuro-science techniques like EFT, NLP and Body Language to move entrepreneurs pass the pain, stress and fear of getting up in front of people.
Julie lives in beautiful Northern California with her husband, Ron of 25 years and two crazy cats, Sammy and Petey. When asked: what are some fun facts most people don’t know about you?
